If I add franks hot sauce to mayo would that taste anything like sauce in kebabs?

    Red Kebab Sauce:

    6 tbsp ketchup
    4 tbsp water
    1 tsp mint sauce
    Chili powder to taste
    Pinch of salt

Combine ingredients, adding chili powder sparingly at first until the desired heat is obtained.

I found it good, possibly too minty though, so suggest you add the mint sauce to taste.

    White kebab sauce:

    3 tbsp mayo
    1 tbsp natural yoghurt
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    Pinch of salt
Pinch of dried parsley or dried mixed herbs
    1 tbsp water

Mix thoroughly until well combined. Use extra water to reach desired consistency if necessary.
