I've currently got DU meter installed to monitor our usage on a month-to-month basis.. However from what I can see it only monitors my usage, and nothing from the other computers in the house? Is there any way to do this from here? Rather than installing it on the computer upstairs as well and checking that every so…

The software only runs on one computer, so how would it monitor the others? You need it on each computer. Some routers can monitor total usage through the router, but not the ones that UPC provide.
