Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Session drummer required for Alt/Electro/Pop Dublin based band

    Hello there,

    My name is Tom and I am a member of Dublin based band The Merciful Hour. Our sound covers many styles of music mainly electronica/pop/alternative and our influences range from Coldplay to The Cure. We are currently recording our first album with esteemed producer Karl Odlum(The Frames, David Kitt, Ham Sandwich, Fionn Regan). To promote the album we will be playing loads of gigs around the country. album should be ready by November/December.

    We are looking to start working with an experienced session drummer who preferably has experience playing live with backing tracks. We dont have any immediate gigs planned but we will have plenty of work lined up once we release album.

    Hi Robin,

    Drummer would be paid for gigs but not for rehearsals, what drummer will receive depends on the gig, we have no definite gigs planned at the moment as we are focusing our energy on recording the album but we will be playing lots of gigs once album is released, Possibly January release date.

    So we are looking for a drummer to put the work in with us now and the reward will be paid gigs, the harder we work the more gigs we'll get. If your interested pm me.
