    Low voltage more like it. I would rather the mains supplied but if not possible then this is an option.

    Not very reliable given the weather we have.
    Also the batteries would need to withstand temperatures of -20 given the last two winters we had

    No paddy, dont think i would get planning for wind powered gates :cool:
