Just wondering if anyone has used Aratedenergy.ie and has any feedback or has used any other local SEAI approved firms and can recommend anyone from own experience.

Sorry I know nothing about Aratedenergy.ie.

I'm also in NR and we used Warmhomes (I think was their name, from Mulgannon in Wexford, think its run by a guy called David Kirwan) for cavity walls and attic. Several of our neighbours used them too, so I went on their recommendations. I found them grand to deal with - no huge fuss and left a tidy job behind them. They're on the SEAI list, if its for the warmer homes grant.

There are a few companies (neither of them mentioned above) on that list that intuitively I would question their ability and professionalism. No specific reason to, just I'd wonder about them.

I don't see this company name on the approved contractors list .- Caheck with SEAI and make sure they are approved before you proceed .
