Top up daughters UK phone from Ireland

I am trying to top up my daughters O2 UK phone from my credit card at home. It won't let me because the credit card does not have a UK billing address. My daughter is travelling and not sure she can access an O2 shop abroad and I want to figure out a way to top her up from here. All ideas gratefully recieved.

You can purchase UK O2 top up vouchers for your daughter at ezminutes.com you credit card does not need to have a UK billing address
