webcam without computer??

hi i am looking for a stand alone webcam which does not need a pc/laptop to be connected. something which can connect to the router for internet and may be tv for seeing pictures on the other side of webcam. i think there are skype enabled tv and you can buy webcam for those tvs. but nothing available for non skype tv
