Torque wrench recommendation and size

Can anyone recommend a good torque wrench for occasional use? The most immediate job is to tighten the nuts on a towbar to 134 NM.

Also, regarding the size, most specs state half-inch or three-eighths inch. Does this refer to the fitting width on the rear of each socket? If so should this be measured from corner to corner or side-to-side of the rear recess of a socket?

    Thanks in advance.

I got this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B000CSXN9K/ref=mp_s_a_4?qid=1315247193&sr=8-4 free shipping from the uk too. Very good torque wrench. 1/2 thou, really depends what sockets you own. It's best not to use adapters

Bargin Base are selling off large torque wrenches for next to nothing at the moment.

Bargain Base buy all of Lidl and Aldi ex stock/not sold stock, and then sell it off for half price in most cases. And in some cases, less than half price.

Ive got a few cracking bargins out of Bargin Base so far.
