Longwood County Meath, no connection since this morning? Well, laptop and phone both say connected, but pages won't load. Anyone else having this issue?

Thinking of trying Ripple in Longwood myself. I've only got Three mobile bb at the minute and it's pretty bad download and ping.
What's Ripple like in Longwood? Is is usually stable?
What's the average ping like for online gaming?
