Skype "Call Phones" Desktop feature?

Is there a programme/icon/PC desktop feature available where, instead of opening up the entire Skype programme, I can simply just pull up the "Call Phones" feature. I just want to have it handy to call mobiles/landlines. Is it possible? Thanks in advance Mod - Sorry if posted in wrong forum
