Puppy Training Course?

Hi we have a 15 week old female Basset hound puppy, we are absolutely in love with her but realise that we probably need some help to learn how to train her properly. She will sometimes respond to the "sit" command but other than that has pretty much no impulse control, she is starting to respond to being told "No" in a stern voice when she starts chewing TV wires etc but she is a handful and we would like to try to get a handle on the behaviour before she gets any bigger! We have read a lot about Bassets and realise that they are very stubborn and difficult to train but we definitely feel we could make a bit more progress with her. She is not aggressive at all and has a lovely temperament, just has usual puppy issues like nipping, chewing everything in sight etc.

Has anyone any recommendations of a training course we could bring her to? Many thanks.

I would recommend Dogwise, they are based in Kildare. Judith is a fantastic trainer and a fab handler so you cant go wrong there at all
