Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,
It appears that like many NQT's I have been unable to secure work for the upcoming year. Thus, my plan is to personally call into the schools in my area with my C.V. in the hope of picking up some hours this year.

My question is aimed at the principals and teachers here on boards about what is the best way to approach this situation.

Specifically, I am wondering whether to attach a cover letter to my C.V. and if i should, what information should i include?

    All advice appreciated as always.
