Know anyone close to a Macys in the US that could post to you? Big sale on there at the moment, Kenneth Cole shirts under €30. They have international shipping but it seems quite pricey - link

Ebay.com has 3 pages of Kenneth Cole shirts, a few are selling white reaction shirts and most of them seem to do international shipping. Generally working out at approx €35, but you might get lucky and find one of the lower priced sellers, who generally only offering the one shirt, has exactly your size! - link

Obviously check your own credit card exchange rate and currency charges to get an exact costing if you go ahead and buy from the US. Good luck with it!
