    Unless anything has changed since 2008, it should be <yourstudentnumber>@student.ul.ie, e.g. 12345678@student.ul.ie

    I contacted the IT support guys and this is what they sent me.
    Please go to the Swipe PC in Library to reset your computer account password. This password will give you access to SULIS

    Please note that the current program in place will reset the SAME password for BOTH your UL PC Account and UL Student Email.
    You use a PIN number to access the Portal (register modules/exam results etc)…..default PIN for new students is 9999 but you had to change this to your own personalised PIN/Password.
    These are two different areas
