Private Charity Gig Venue

I'm trying to find a venue for a private charity gig which could host 150-200.Would need the venue for 24hrs. No bar people needed as it would be bring your own booze. The venue does not need to be fancy but it does need to be near Dublin City Centre, Clean, Have good toilet facilities, Warm.
If anybody has any ideas does such a venue exsist please let me know!
