HI folks. Thanks for a great forum.

Does anyone know what level if events are output to the printer on a Securewatch 8/12 panel when it is set for realtime log?

Does in include all alarm/tamper activations and system set/unset?

    TIA

Real time is real time, as events happen it will print them all out.

btw.. is there any way of getting firmware upgrades for the Securewatch panel if you're not a registered installer?

I'm sure they'll give it to you but you will need a lead to plug on to the panel

Your best bet is to get an installer to flash the panel for you. HKC wont deal with the public, only installers.

Thanks guys. No problem on the lead. I installed the system myself, so it's just a 'would be nice'.

I think 7.4 is the latest but I could be wrong. There was a release earlier this year

Your welcome, only installers would have access to this.
