Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

wiggle missing item?

    hey guys ordered some clothes of wiggle there last sunday and received them today, i ordered four things but i only received three of them, i sent them an email but i havnt heard back yet, the plastic packaging didnt look like it was tampered or anything so what are my rights in this situation? will they send me on that item? also all items where in stock when i ordered them

    packaging note? my invoice says all four items where shipped but i only got the three, if you mean the logo on the packaging it was wiggle

    funny crowd wiggle i bought a set of wheels from them the rear wheel had a squeal in it:D:D very bloody annoying when i contacted them about it they said take it to my local bike shop to sort out. i could do nothing but laugh :confused:

    Wiggle include a packing note in the package detailing all the items in ths shipment. This is different from the invoice which you can see by logging onto "my account" on their website

    If something is missing, you are entitled to a replacement. I've never had any problems with Wiggle not including something that was on the packing note (when it happened with CRC they shipped the missing item, a chain, without question)

    i just got a receipt/invoice in my package :confused: basically the same as my online order invoice

    They sent me the wrong wheel today, cost me 33 euro to send back, of which they will refund most of according to their site, up to about £25 I think. Which is cheeky. They should be refunding it all and compensating me with a voucher or something for their incompetence. Anyway, lets see what they do, I won't shoot them just yet until they have had a chance to put it right.

    pretty much the same here, but i am getting annoyed waiting for a proper reply off them,
    of the many orders ive placed with crc (well over 1500's worth) ive never had any problems,
    this item thats missing is only worth around €20 so it wont kill me if i dont get it its just that i should get it as ive paid for it

    got an email from them saying they would send out my item today quite happy with that as there was no fuss over it :D
