    How would I go about getting info on related statistics? It is in reference to a personal project in order to gauge feasibility/demand.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    They do a huge amount of work with accessible/assistive technology,Internet etc (in partnership with microsoft methinks..) Alternatively central statistics office might be able to help you.
