Does anybody know of a good way to help keep your under eyes hydrated?

My eyes constantly look dry and I'm a classic pale Irish so it really shows on my skin. I have even begun getting wrinkles under and around my eyes which I was hoping to have to deal with for another 15 years as I'm only 16 so it makes me feel quite self concious.

I've started using a bit of baby oil under my eyes as apparently that helps?
I use Simple wash and moisturising products for removing my make up and tend not to wear heavy make up anyway.

You should probably use an eyecream, pop into some of the cosmetics counters and ask for some advice and samples to see what might suit you :)
