I usually attend Lunatic Fringe when getting my haircut but I've been growing my hair out now but would like to get a side fringe cut back in. I just find that paying 40 euro would be just a bit too pricey paying for a fringe to be cut in. Anybody know anywhere that has special prices for fringe cuts? Or a cheap but good…
