Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm making my way up to North Antrim to get some shots of this oncoming storm on Sunday night and Monday morning :) I'm just wondering if anyone else is heading out to get some shots.....if you are....where will you be?

Should be alot of fun. I'll be somewhere in Mayo, Achill perhaps... depending on how sore the head is tomorrow that is :-)

I'll be along the Antrim Coast, but for a 100mile Charity Cycle - I hope the storm misses us :-)

What does the unprocessed version look like ? I think it's a bit overcooked, particularly the sky, and there's very obvious haloing around that wave on the RHS. It also appears that you blew the highlights either processing or shooting, but that might just be my monitor in work.

It's certainly a very dramatic image, but I agree with Daire, it looks like a surreal painting more than anything.

Sunrise taken from Ballintoy harbour just before the storm hits.

I haven't even started to look at the shots of the storm I took, but it was a challange trying to take a photo in those conditions yesterday....sand and sea spray flying in your face at every turn!

Brilliant photo - but that's not madness, just plain stupid. A danger to both themselves and possibly others. That's an arrestable offence!!!

    Still a brilliant photo though!!
