Hi im looking for a new unlocked phone to use on PAYG. I prefer the wave as it is better built and seems much faster. The wave (229 euros) uses BADA 2 Os which i like but not many apps available. The Neo (249 euros) is an Android so apps are not a problem. Will use for text, calls and most important voip apps such as skype…

Will use for text, calls and most important voip apps such as skype and messenger. Video chat to PC is a must.

Anyone got an opions on these or can you suggest another?
Anyone found an app for bada to make video calls to PC?
Do the Networks allow voip here?
