UPC set up help

Just got UPC in and I'm going mental trying to set it up:/ It says it's connected but theres no Internet access? What am I doing wrong?:(

Sounds like it's not provisioned yet.. Wait a while and it should come up failing that ring 1908 and tell them they will look for the routers mac address.
