    Hi,
I have recently returned to Ireland after 20 years working overseas for a large pharma company. I am sick of taking orders from higher management so me and a friend have decided to open our own events company. My friend will provide most of the contacts while I am going to be involved in the IT and accounting side of thinsg(numbers man). I have come unstuck with the process of registering the company. I am not exactly a legal egal and can't seem to get my head around the forms required to set up a limited company.( Is a limited company a good idea to begin with?)
Would the following be a good way to go about this-

    http://www.registeracompany.ie/

    or

    http://company-formations-ireland.com/limited-company-services.html

    or

    http://www.mynewcompany.ie/

Has anyone got any ideas? Is this good value for money?

It's worth sitting down with your accounting firm to structure your company before you form it and also a solicitor to make sure you have proper shareholder agreements in place.

Your accountant will be able to file the new business for you very easily. You can also register yourself on www.Cro.ie.
