Hi ! I don't understand why is there a big and sudden change towards Fetac accreditation? Are the examiners bored with the existing Fetac? Does the former Fetac program not meet the requirements needed to satisfy the Fetac board? Why is there a need to create such a burden on Fetac providers? Providers have to spend a great deal of time designing a new program from scratch and then have to pass it on to the board for approval before it can be used and by the time it gets used, it's all over!. Why not create a whole new system of accreditation which would satisfy all the requirements needed by the centre and which can be approved by the department of education. No More nonsense with Fetac!.
