    Hi,

    I'm working for an accounting firm that needs to keep in touch with clients with regards to deadlines on paperwork due and am looking for some software/service that will help to do this automatically.

    Essentially what I need is a list of documents (preferably under client headings) with attached deadlines. A week or two before these deadlines expire, an automatic e-mail/text would be sent to them to remind them.

    Does anyone know if software exists for this? Might be an obvious one! Thanks.
