Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

well... my car (2007 Civic Hatch 1.4 Petrol) .... poxy coolant tank is impossible to see the min and max levels

so when i opened it (cold) on a good flat surface it was below the min point.

got a funnel and worked away ... didnt put a massive amount in but before i knew it was pretty much at the top a bit over the max point in the filler bit (skinny tube)

    what do ?

drove it home and seemed fine ... would it do any damage if i just left it ?

what should i do ? (without being super technical !)

    cheers !

length of tubing, suck and spit (don't swallow).

The expansion tank needs some room to let the coolant expand (air will compress, liquid won't). Best siphon some off.

Use a biggish syringe to suck it up, always works for me, and saves poisoning yourself. Fairly accurate at getting out the right amount aswell, and not wasting any. :)
