Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anybody subscribe to the BJJ e-mails by Stephan Kesting ? I was one of the 800 or so who replied to his e-mail and in turn got a free DVD entitled :"How to tap out less often". Wondering if anyone else got the DVD ? Going to watch it tonight.

His company / website is called Grapplearts. It's pretty good and he has a lot of free content / videos. If you wanted to compare it to MGinaction it would be a far bit off but still, free is free!

Yeah I signed up about 3 weeks ago I think. (Never got a free dvd tho!)
I haven't started training yet (getting the funds sorted first) and have never taken a bjj class in my life but from what little knowledge I have I think its really good.
I've been trying to read as much as I can from all different sources and learn as much as I can about the sport before I actually start training, and his emails and videos are very helpful for explaining different moves/techniques and for pointing out common mistakes made by beginners.
