    I was wondering the exact same thing - they have actually narrowed the width of the road! And whats with all the cones???!! They have long sections of road down to one lane where no work was being undertaken!

    are they planning on putting in cycle lanes maybe? separated from the road like.

    Interesting! Cyclists numbers have increased in the area alot - I wonder..

    I don't think the design would be conducive to cycle lanes. It looks like the kind of thing they have in front of villages to narrow the road and slow people down. But it's too far out of Killeagh to be that I reckon.
