to me that is NOT back yard breeding,that is puppy farming,a totaly different scenario.Its disgusting that this is allowed to continue.It sickens me that this goes on.I have seen a few litters over the years born in a 'back yard'' and they had the best of conditions and care.The pups and dogs should be removed immediately from these money hungry uncaring people.
