Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Heartburn

    Hi.

Yesterday while out on the bike I could have collapsed with the heartburn. It used to happen the odd time but hasn't for quite a while.

The only thing I can put it down to is the MiWadi I mixed with my water, maybe I put too much and it caused a reaction? Also I thought maybe the bottle I used has been sitting there a good while and it might not have been 100% clean, maybe the material in the bottle is bad?

Anyone ever had similar problems with water bottles?

It could be to do with the Citric Acid content in the Mi-Wadi. Also what did you eat prior to going out cycling.

It's just your inner demons fighting to get out. I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm sorry, but if you "could have collapsed with the heartburn" this suggests to me you should be seeking specialist medical advice. It's not something we are allowed to discuss on boards

    Thanks
