Low Water Pressure

Has anyone noticed decreased water pressure recently - I'm in Carpenterstown... Mine is low and I thought perhaps it was an issue specific to my place however I was in Blanchardstown village yesterday and there is a notice re water works and thought it might be related?

The water mains are being replaced in Blanch village, so I reckon that will have a knock on effect.
