    I just got this package?

    Anyone have any thoughts.

    How does it work though, like do I have to call perm tsb before I go on holidays?

    Or tell them which laptop.phone I want covered?!

    I'm a tad confused!

    Just got a letter to say my package cancelled as of may 31st, " as to continue the service would result in a significantly higher premium being charged"

    very strange... anyone know the background to this? Are PTSB up the swanny?

    I think they just gave the reason. They would have to charge significantly more to offer the same product so they have discontinued it.

    never had to claim,
    but did get my final policy cancellation letter at the end of may.
