Pilates Classes Glenageary

    Hi all,

    I am a fully qualified mat Pilates instructor starting classes in Glenageary, in St Pauls church on Silchester rd. Classes are starting in October for a 6 week Pilates course, Tues 9-10am Oct 4th-8th Nov and Thurs 615-715 Oct 6th-10th. 6 week Course is only 70E or do two classes a week for 130E.
    Both classes are level 2 so people with previous Pilates experience as classes will be improver levels.

    If anyone is interested please get in touch through this thread. Also any beginners out there, if there is demand I will hold a beginner class on a Monday morning.

    Class numbers will be small to provide a good learning environment, so book early for your place.
