I am new to all the building pc and upgrading lark. im just wondering if it is possible to build a gaming pc for 500 euro. and does it make much differences in cases?

That's been done a few times before - the only problem is that it's outdated in a month!

... or a few days depending on stock levels and price movements on hardwareversand.

Edit: I think that's what the budget gaming PC thread was for Skerries, but it's de-stickyness causes it to disappear into the ether.

Sorry forgot to say i didnt need a monitor.
Would i have to buy The Ribbon cables seperate or would they be supplied with the items? say if i buy the power supply unit would they give me the internal power cables with it?

Ribbon cables are obsolete (thank goodness).

You should get everything you need except the cable from the PSU to the wall. It's the kind you find in nearly all monitors, PCs and electric kettles.
