    Hi all,

I am looking to set up a small tuck shop and basically I am looking for a place or a book that could outline what exactly I should be going. I have a limited knowledge of business. My experience comes from working in retail/sales for a few years and doing business for the Leaving a few years ago.

I know the first thing I should be doing is seeing if the business is viable, but after that I'm not too sure what to do. I know I need to create a business plan and forecasts and such, but I'm a bit lost as to exactly what to do.

So, does anyone know of any good books or websites that could outline the necessary steps?

    Thanks!

    Try enterpriseboards.ie or basis.ie or revenue.ie
