Hi i have opened a repeat claim after i was refused the first one, i was asked to produce a bank statement of 6 months and i requested that from the bank which kept giving me 2 months or just one month statement, i notified the office and they said they just want the statement that's it. Hi i have opened a repeat claim after i was refused the first one, i was asked to produce a bank statement of 6 months and i requested that from the bank which kept giving me 2 months or just one month statement, i notified the office and they said they just want the statement that's it. I end up opening online banking and printed the statement from there and brought it after few weeks, but now i was told by the community welfare officer that my claim is closed yet again, any advice of what can i do from here! really confused.
