Didn't ferguson say last year that Chelsea always seem to get the big decisions against utd, that sounds like a bit of a conspiracy to me.

my point stands , although he said that , obviously he was trying to have his comments in the back of the mind of the ref for the next game, he didnt have a meeting with the refs chairman about it.

Fergie is a genius at mind games and Kenny could well taking a leaf out of his book

Baffles me every year the sense of believe there fans have in the team, manager , club.

well you wouldnt exactly call yourself a good supporter if you didnt have a sense of belief in your manager and club! :p

You can be realistic and still be a good supporter ,

I fancy Chelsea this season for the top 3 and some sort of cup , I am not saying its a cert, it never is.

To me mind games are a load of bollox, they are completely overhyped, is Kenny not after bringing it to the attention of all the refs that liverpool have got some dodgy calls, will this not be in the refs minds

    How so ?

To be suggesting that the world is against us and its some kind of set up is the reason why my team have been beaten is not on .

Id be disgusted if it was my manager , as I was when Jose started spouting that muck when Chelsea had a few decisions go against them in champions league games,

Mind you he didnt have any cosy little meeting with the UEFA refs chairman, had a meeting or two get a fine for his comments, sucked it up and got on with it.
Because Kenny felt aggrieved and voiced his concerns in a fairly dignified way.

There was no FA charge against him which speaks volumes.

So it seems your scraping the barrel looking for something to moan about Liverpool and the KING because most of your friends are Liverpool fans.

He had a little moan over a few referees decisions.
    Get over it

Im going to leave it at this , unless were back to talking about football merits.

I think it will have the opposite effect , refs wont want to be seen giving Liverpool soft decisions as if they do , teams will be right to call foul as to why liverpool were getting special treatment with the talks with the refs chairman.

Queen Kenny just cant take the pressure and he'll probably quit

You need to educate yourself on how/why Kenny Dalglish exited Liverpool last time around , then come back here with a proper debate and not a bottom of the barrel comment .

If your intentions was not that-but you are regurgitating a crappy article written by a hack last week about Kenny been under pressure , then I recommend you stop reading bottom of the barrell journalism .

Either way your point sounds pretty silly .

I apologies for going off topic but it had to be said .

I don't recall chelsea criticising referees. I wish AVB would because in 2 of chelsea's 4 premier league games they have been denied 3 clear penalties. 2 against stoke and 1 against west brom. Chelsea are due a few penalty decisions in the premier league........they say these things balence out over a season, lets hope it does

You had Jose Morinho in charge for how many years. He tried to bully referees everywhere he went. The things he said about Frisk were horrendous.

Last year Ancelotti criticised the referee after the United champions league game, he questioned the referees courage, character and personality.

Look at how Chelsea footballl club as a whole bullied and criticised the the referee after the Champions League semi final vs Barcelona. Chelsea football club fans would want to take a good look at their own club before criticising others.

You seem to have a distorted view on reality, I don't remember chelsea making any comment on the ref after the champions league game which was suprising considering how much that ref brought the game into disrepute.

Ancelotti made no comment on the ref after last seasons game, none at all. Mourinhno's comments were fair about frisk but he still should not have publicly said them. fair enough but you may not be aware that jose has been out of chelsea for many years now.

My point is an observation. I am just amazed that a man of his experience would actually ask for a ref's meeting, 4 games in, because a few descisions didnt go his way.
He needs to man up big time. I have a lot of respect for liverpool and daglish and used to enjoy watching them tear apart teams in the 70's/80's but i would never have dreamed he would go running to the head ref crying foul.
Its all part of the game and they will get things going their way.
Fergie, arsne and mourinho might have had a good moan but they would never do anything like that.
Thats why I think the pressure is on, its so out of character and still think that if they fail in reaching the top 4, kenny will walk but thats just my opinion and i am entitled to it

We will agree to disagree on that one .

I'm not too keen on anyone meeting Refs etc , but it happens and it's part of the modern game .

I can live with it but I don't think it's directly linked with a manager been under pressure .

They'll finish above Arsenal with their panic buys.

    Mertesacker will get found out.

Van Persie is due an injury.

Santos looks good going forward but can't defend.

Downing has looked excellent so far this season.

Gerrard has gotten to the stage where he's past it and couldnt give a damn just happy to collect his wages every week

Adam, Downing, Hendo, Carroll and Lucas are all mid table (at best) players - more like championship players

Carra is just old and crap

    Reina and Suarez are good

Skrtel, Agger, Enrique are all pretty avarage -

So thats a team with 2 good players, 3 alright players, 5 championship players and no world class players.

Liverpool should be happy with anything above midable - 7th being a fantastic finish

Man that is so far off the truth it's astonishing.

Lucas most successful tackles in all of europes top leagues last season. Championship standard.

Henderson I'm open to correction but was one of the top chance creators in the league last season. Championship standard.

Downing 7 PL goals from the wings last season, plenty of assists, plenty of England caps. Championship standard.

Adam 12 PL goals last season from midfield in a poor Blackpool team. Almost singly handidly kept them in the Premier League. Championship standard.

Carroll 13 PL goals in 26 appearances last season. Championship standard.

Enrique clearly one of the best left backs in the league, strong, fast, good passer, stats back him up, very rarely beaten one on one, any amount of top teams have wanted him over the last few seasons. Average.

Suarez and Reina are good I'll give you that, most probably agree they're top class and that Gerrard, Kuyt, Bellamy, Johnson, Kelly and a few others have plenty to offer but I wouldn't expect you to agree.
