Hi i bought windows from a company which has there business let out to franchise. i met with the rep who had the franchise for the company and ordered my windows. i paid him half the amount and i will pay the other half when windows are fitted in 4wks time all going well. i was woundering what way does payment work,would…

Hi i bought windows from a company which has there business let out to franchise. i met with the rep who had the franchise for the company and ordered my windows. i paid him half the amount and i will pay the other half when windows are fitted in 4wks time all going well. i was woundering what way does payment work,would he have to pay for the windows from the company himself and then fit them for me and then he would get the remainder off me when the job is done.
