    Hello all i am looking for information on a self build. I have bought a site and now am looking into what i can build.

    I am looking to know who i need to complete the build from start to finish ( ie from an idea on paper to the finished product ) all the trades men plus all the guys to do with plans, the site , grounds work , water ,etc etc etc what proffessions do i contact ???? So a list of the first phone call to last would be great here !!!

    I am going for around a 3,000 to 3,500 sq/ft 1 & 1/2 story house with a 750 sq/ft 1&1/2 story garage. I would like a general idea of money to a builders finish & one to turn key finish ? Design pretty simple and finished to a good to high spec.

    I also would like to know types of savings between direct labour build and a contractor ?

    I am in north dublin around swords area and any contacts and recomendations & advice would be great. The more details the better cheers.:D
