Replacement knee prosthesis.

Had a total knee replacement 23 months ago. Still in pain, was told that the prosthesis was too big for knee as I have small knees. Does anyone know anybody this has happened to. At a total loss loss as to what happened and where to go from here. Can walk great but in lots of pain. Many thanks.
