    my poor friend.

    my best hangover cure is;

    one rubex tab in a pint of water and
    one heaped teaspoon of andrews liver salts.

    both in the same glass.

    it is heaven on Earth. You will feel much improved.

    lots of liquids much better than foods.

    may you be better soon

    What I'd make is a beeline for the takeaway menus and pick up the phone on the way.

    is it more of a protein-y hunger or more of a carbohydratey hunger?

    ....scrambled egg on toast is usually the answer.

    dead simple too.

    Chinese is the obvious answer here, Cantonese style duck being my favourite!

    Although if take out is not an option buttery toast and tea is amazing!

    What did you think the phone was for? To ring the takeaway and inform them you're on the way?

    White dribbling liquid leaking off your toast as it curdles whilst clinging to a mashed up chickens mensuration!

    I live in Ravensdale. I found a can of tuna. Mixed it with sweetcorn, mayo , red onion and lemon juice. Just waiting on a baked potato to come out of oven

    Not everyone lives in a built up area!!

    Two chippers and a Chinese in my town and non of them deliver. If we want food we gotta go collect it ourselves:(
