How can you make buffalo wings sticky.

If you try to leave them in the oven longer with the sauce, the butter in the sauce melts and spilts the sauce

Would honey do the trick, but would it make the sauce taste sweet (not really what you want for buffallo wings).

Anu oy the recipes for sticky food that i have come accross usually use dark brown sugar. The sweetness has to be balanced out with something though.

Is this better or worse than honey.

Do you melt the sugar or put it in the end,

Honey still leading the race here

There's only been one reply? Not much of a race!

You should ask in restaurants. They will actually tell ya.

Expected just to google it and find it.

Maybe you just need to let them cool down, as the fat cools the wings get sticky.

    Maybe

When you are making a sticky sauce what you need is a sauce that will reduce down so the sugars in it become carmalized be it brown sugar or sugar from Honey.
