    Hi Guys. I have a PC that was previously in an internet cafe. i'm trying to inatall XP on it but when i turn it on it wont allow me to enter the boot or set-up menu.

    Has anyone any ideas???

    If its the BIOS thats locked out you need to reset it by removing the battery for about a minute. Then put it back in and boot. You should be able to access the BIOS again.
