Hi All

I'm looking to get

1) BER rating for my 2 bed apartment &
2) Inspection to provide root cause of mold that is forming on one of the bedroom walls.

I understand, from an extremely helpful fellow boarder, that I may need a Relative Humidity sensor to help diagnose the problem. The apartment is situated in the Dublin 8 area.
