    Did you know that – One in four people will be affected by mental health issues during their lifetime, according to a recent World Health Organisation study.

    GROW Community Mental Health Movement in conjunction with the HSE are organising a Gatekeepers' Community Education Programme in The Family Resource Centre, Longford.

    The five week course starts on Thursday 13th October 2011 7.30pm.

    All are welcome and it is free of charge.

    The topics to be covered are: -

    · Understanding your Mental Health
    · Challenges & Stresses Facing Vulnerable People
    · Life Coping Skills & Strategies
    · Stress Management & Change
    · Suicide, Bereavement & Loss
    · Substance Abuse & Addictions
    · GROW Testimonies/Booklet of Testimonies
