Cheap build for a new PC gamer

Background:
The sis-in-law asked me to spec a pc for her son. She isn't sure yet what the use is, but I would assume gaming would be at least one component. I will have to temper their expectations wrt how much it costs to put together something capable of playing BF3 for example, but that shouldn't be too hard.
Budget
The budget is €400 or less and that is for everything, monitor, k/b and mouse etc. No need for an OS as I have a windows 7 licence that they can have.
This is what I came up with. Any thoughts or changes to it would be welcome
