Digiweb Metro Problem

    Hi all,

    I've been with Digiweb Metro now, (Galway area) 6 years. Excellent service that was until to 2-3weeks ago.
    I am on the 12mb pack, was consistently getting 10mb + DN and +0.87mb UP.

    Right now getting 0.5mb dn and 0.03 up

    Just wondering if anyone else in the Galway are is experiencing problems with their metro signal.

    Thing is the signal is excellent better than it's ever been, but ping and latency have gone to the dogs hence the crap speed scores.

    Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat,
    Guess it's a service call.

    I'll keep ye posted on progress, any help would be great, as I think it's a prob at the base station.

    Just to update you all,

    Service Engineer Called this morning.

    Signal issue was due to the power splitter used on the line was faulty.
    Put in a new one and we're back up and running.

    :D
