    Anyone know of any classes ongoing in Bikram Yoga in or around the area of Carlow?

    Dublin/Maynooth would be the closest.
    There is 1 place I think that do yoga in Carlow...seemed a bit pricy when I enquired so I downloaded a video for at home yoga which has been working a treat for a good year now...
