New mobo needed....So confused

Lads I want to upgrade my I5-760 in the next few months to a I5 2500k.
I will be running 2x 6970`s and will be mainly gaming..
So could ye lads in the know suggest a good overclockable gaming board(sandy bridge), Budget for ram/board/cpu is around 5-600e....

Also will my current noctua nh-d-14 cpu cooler bolt straight on or will I need a new backing plate..

Socket 1156 and 1155 are fully compatible cooler wise, so you won't have a problem with the DH-14.

The ASRock Extreme6 seems to be a good choice from the reviews I've read. A lot of people are able to get 4.8GHz at 1.3Vcore, which is supposedly the limit for continuous use.

you don't need more ram unless you're finding 4gb is too little? I know its very cheap, but that extra €35 spent on your board would put it into the next step up.
